Good hotel. Staff could focus more on cleanliness. Receptionist needs to know it's okay to have fun, but stay professional. I would have loved a heavier blanket, but the bedding was fresh and clean. The bathroom was also very clean with fresh clean towels.

Special call out to "K-K" in the bar for being friendly and entertaining; Kawajalan at the front desk helping to resolve an A/C issue in under an hour, and the maintenance for swapping out a bad A/C unit in about 20 minutes.

No parking. Unacceptable since a parking fee is charged. Included breakfast is misleading. Roach in bathroom. No hot water in shower. I had a non smoking room but the entire hall smelled like marijuana. It was noisy the entire time.

The staff was very professional. This includes Grace, Shonda, Shakeria, and Jalessa. These ladies were exceptional with their kindness to our families. We appreciate their efficiency and smiles and constant show of respect.

My wife and I stayed here Labor Day weekend for our high school class reunion (which was CLASSIC, but that's another story). The hotel itself was undergoing renovations, so there was no air conditioning in the hallways on the 4th floor and 5th floor. The wifi was spotty, there was a shortage of towels, and out 1st night there, someone was in the parking lot blasting music at 3:00am. This lasted for approximately 20 minutes until the cops finally showed up and put a stop to it. On the plus side, the staff was first-rate. Grace and Shannon, who both worked at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure we were made as comfortable as possible despite all the temporary inconveniences. Those two should both be promoted to management one day (if they want to be). And the kitchen staff should also be commended for the meals they served and the catering they did for our reunion. All-in-all, I'd rate the weekend an 8 out of 10.

Everyone was so wonderful. Kia, Tony, Marcus and Kay Kay. We came on latee evacuating the hurricane. Got fed and had drinks. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend! Room was comfortable and hotel very clean. Everyone works so hard.

This location is starting to show its age. My husband and I stayed at this Hilton in 2014. It seemed brand new at the time and got an excellent review. Fast forward 9 years and we find that it is aging not so gracefully. The location is great, downtown, close to numerous attractions. Check in was simple, they have the digital check-in process, very convenient. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the floor (carpet) was VERY dirty with stains in numerous places throughout the room. The fabric on the armchair was dirty as well. The privacy shade was unraveling with threads shedding at the bottom. The tile floor in bathroom has a few very noticeable chips in it. There is a large hole above the sliding closet door. The bathroom wallpaper is peeling. With some minor renovations this Hilton could gain 5 stars again.

Good accommodations right in the center of Albany, property looks clean & well kept. Personnel is very friendly ( Ms Brenda, Kia and Markus were amazing). Foods is good. Few drawbacks though: -10$/ day parking fee in an area surrounded by parking lots and street parking (Really Hilton?!?, Why?) -what appears to be mold was spattering the ceiling in my room (see picture of dark spots covering the ceiling) -Although the room itself is clean, a few things pop out as missed spots (the doors themselves are very greasy to the touch, not the handle but the section of the doors right above the handle where one would grab the door to close it…) Anyways, would consider returning, more over if the remove the 10$/day parking fees cash grab operation from Hilton (again, really Hilton??)

The breakfast crew really went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I have been impressed with the entire staff at this hotel and, I even saw the manager hosting one of their team meetings and she is on it!!!!!!

Great room with great beds. Nice restaurant that made great omelets and incredible grits. You must order them, trust me. Staff was the friendliest! The room staff and restaurant staff (Rebecca, Tony, and Mark) were the absolute best! Very highly recommended.

Kenyada and Grace were absolutely pleasant to meet. Definitely smiling faces that made my trip worth coming! Overall, I would definitely recommend booking a stay at this amazing hotel. You absolutely will not regret it!
