Love coming to a restaurant where the staff is kind and helpful. From Cami, your hostess with the mostest, to Mark our waiter, our service was excellent. They were super busy, but everyone was helping each other. Our food had a little mixup, but it was quickly corrected. The taste and temperature was on point! Favorite breakfast spot in Albany.

The food hardly ever disappoints, but this time, my steak tips were not tender at all. But the customer service was pretty good. Valen was exceptional with her service. She made the experience top tier. I couldn't believe she was new there. We love their pancakes and omelets. Most definitely the best!

I got the sirloin tips and I asked for them to be cooked medium rare and guess what they cooked them Very WELL DONE! The table was sticky. The syrup bottle was sticky. The sticker that they had on the table was peeling off. My pancakes were lukewarm at best. I asked for my eggs to be cooked over medium and they were almost hard fried. Service and quality of food is really starting to go down and what used to be a great breakfast restaurant!
Horrible, just horrible. We called and ordered a few things (I ordered the strawberry cheesecake Belgian waffles) and when it arrived there was nothing on the waffle and they gave us regular bacon despite us picking turkey bacon. When I went to take a sip of my orange juice a bit of it poured onto me because someone had smashed the lid on incorrectly. I am very upset and hopefully getting a refund for my waffle.

The dishes were dirty, food cold, employees complained of being short staffed. The manager got into arguments with the kitchen help. She was so loud the she could be heard screaming from the kitchen at the employees. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The waitress never use trays all our food came to the table in her arms and hand as much as she could carry at one time. The sliver ware was dirty so we requested plastic ware. I don’t believe the food safety commission has not been contacted 👀

So i was charged an upcharge for egg whites when my meal came with eggs. The reasoning was because it takes longer to crack an egg and use only the egg white. I almost hollered. 😆 You have to be kidding me. If Ihop is that hard up for $1.49 , they can have it. I probably won't order them again. Nor will I order Tbone steak. That was the toughest overcooked cut of beef I've ever eaten. Service was mediocre, hence why I simply don't patronize my local IHop.
