I love my drinks I had and I enjoyed my waitress she was very polite and on point
The worse service ever. My first time and my last time going here. Didn't get nothing no spoon, no fork, no gloves, no aprons, no straws all the drinks was nasty they never changed our drinks out tasted like carbonated water.
Crabs was mushy. The music was so loud we couldn't hardly hear the server. We had to yell. My throat hurting from yelling my order and my problems that I had with my order. Then they had the nerve to take out their own tips.

I’m from Louisiana. I came to Albany visiting family. Every person I asked what’s a good restaurant, they recommended King Claw. It was by far the best restaurant I’ve ever been to! Our waiter was Orenthal. He was so nice and very professional! The restaurant was so clean and smelled good! The staff was so nice! The food and drinks were great! We will definitely come back every time we are in Albany! Thank you!
