When I walked in it was dark and the floor was dirty. I got my order online and when I go my food they forgot the rest of my order, wheb they brought the rest of my order they lady just hands the food to me no bag and no attempt to put it in my bag so I almost drop my toppings. I also had to ask for utensils which was clearly marked needed. Also a worker who was not working walked back to the kitchen, no uniform she barely clothed. I’m very disappointed in this IHOP.

Been many years since I have ate here, and will be many more before I think about doing so again. Cook the eggs done, need butter for the toast, would have liked some with my meal, but couldn't get the waiter back over to the table. Waste of time and money.

We visited last Saturday night around 9:30 pm. No one was there but us and it took almost 40 minutes to get out food and they couldn't get my husband steak right for nothing. The best thing about this visit was the overall price of the food.

We had rather large group with us and everything came out perfect. Don't remember our waiters name sadly (Younger black male)...HE WAS AMAZING! Never wrote a single thing down and yet all food and drinks came perfectly. Was VERY impressed with his service and the quality of the food.

The 5 stars are for the limited staff on duty: the manager, 1 cook and 1 server. I waited for awhile but it was a reasonable wait considering. Food was perfection. I know they were frustrated but still gave great service. Thanks!!!!!

This place SUCKS! Just plain sucks. I dont know if It will do any good but I’m calling customer service. This is the third time I have walked out due to just being ignored. Servers arguing with each other on the floor. This place sucks. Two of the three times I have left I’ve been followed by a manager or server begging for us to come back in. If it gets that bad where you have to follow me out… I’m gone! This place should be shut down!

The service today was awful. We waited over 30 minutes before our food was served. My friend ordered pancakes, sausage & eggs over medium. He received bacon, scrambled eggs & lukewarm pancakes. The server never asked if we needed refills on our coffee & certainly didn’t apologize for the wrong order. This was unacceptable because good customer service is very important & ensure customers return.
