Jack's Family Restaurant

We went in after breakfast was finished about by 15 minutes. The kitchen and front end girl said no problem, what you want, even cooked fresh hash browns, when we come to Albany, this certain restaurant is our favorite. Thank you all so very much!!

It's a ok place , but management needs to be more strict with the employees on dresscodes, the dining area definitely needs some cleaning as well.

I believe your employees are charging for an adult meal and provide you a kids meal. This is absolutely ridiculous this is what i got for 10 dollars. Wow

Ordered one of the 3 piece chicken strip dinners advertised as $6.00 and a large tea. This cost me $12.72. Please tell me how? I questioned and was told it was correct. Waited almost 15 minutes in the drive through. Strips, fries and slaw. Got home with my food and had 3 wings, fries and slaw and the slaw was all over everything and the wings looked liked they had been sitting and were thrown back in the fryer to freshen them up. A total mess. Tried to call them for over an hour with no answer. This isn't the first time having issues with this location. The employees here know absolutely nothing about customer service or manners and don't care. No more Jacks for me. You need to clean house with your employees and management and start over before you go out of business.

9/15 I was at Jacks on slappey between the hours of 6:30/7 I ordered 2 of the 2.99 chicken specials and 1 biscuit. I never really check my bag because I have never had an issue. Well today I noticed I didn’t have my biscuit so i checked the receipt and I was charged for it. So respectfully I call back to inform them of the missing biscuit. The regular employee was helpful and professional I asked since I made it home is there a way just to refund the biscuit. The regular employee didn’t know so she directed me to the manager on duty. I explained to her what happened and she just held the phone like my concern didn’t matter. Yes it’s only 1.29 but it’s my money. It takes great restaurants to come to Albany to end up with a bad reputation due to people that don’t care. It’s unacceptable and I will take my business elsewhere

Most fast food is fast or fresh. Jack's served both fast and fresh food with the friendliest, and polite crew I've experienced in awhile. Dining area and restrooms were exceptionally clean

Parking: Circles the building with easy walking distance to the door.

Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrances have large wheelchair accessible ramps and doors

I haven’t been to the jacks in Albany for several months due to the poor customer service in drive thru. I just left a few minutes ago , after a months long hiatus, only to have a drive thru employee taking orders to be in some type of raunchy , entitled, unpleasant, cantankerous mood that’s not appropriate for dealing with the public. I’m a professional chef and culinary instructor, I would never allow my students to display that type of behavior let alone my employees. Do better Jacks …

The sweet tea is perfect for a Southerner that likes a little tea in their sugar! Fresh burgers. Hot crinkle fries. All served with a smile.

What an amazing experience. We had traveled to Alabama to stay with friends to flee Milton and were headed home. It was after sundown, we were tired and had our dog, Odin, with us. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by smiling faces and warm greetings. The manager came out to greet us personally as we flopped down in a booth to just be somewhere different.

That place smelled soooooooo good! My mouth was watering just walking in. As we ate our food, BJ - the manager - came over and chatted with us, asking after our wellfare and the like. My son and I switched out watching the dog outside, and BJ even came out with a treat for him, talking about her own little yorkie.

Guys, I can't recommend this place enough. This was truly an amazing place of respite on our weary journey. If ever I'm passing back through Albany, this is the first place I'm stopping. If you are in the area, stop by, tell BJ high for me, and enjoy some true southern hospitality!

BJ, we totally made it home safe and sound around 1am. We got the essentials unloaded and we all crashed. LOL Everything is fine here now. Thanks again for everything!

Fast food is a joke in Albany Ga. Spent 25 minutes. No cars in parking lot. No line in drive thru. Literally one of the only customers. Get told to pull up. My food is cooking. Food is ice cold when I got it. And missing MAIN INGREDIENTS. This place is severely understaffed. Either that or incompetent and lazy.

I love the company I work there been there since they opened in Albany and the customers keep me going I love my job.We have a great team and my Area Supervisor is the best I wouldn't trade Mr.Harold for nothing ❤️ Yall come on and eat with us here at Jack's N.Slappey
