Most fast food is fast or fresh. Jack's served both fast and fresh food with the friendliest, and polite crew I've experienced in awhile. Dining area and restrooms were exceptionally clean

Parking: Circles the building with easy walking distance to the door.

I haven’t been to the jacks in Albany for several months due to the poor customer service in drive thru. I just left a few minutes ago , after a months long hiatus, only to have a drive thru employee taking orders to be in some type of raunchy , entitled, unpleasant, cantankerous mood that’s not appropriate for dealing with the public. I’m a professional chef and culinary instructor, I would never allow my students to display that type of behavior let alone my employees. Do better Jacks …

The sweet tea is perfect for a Southerner that likes a little tea in their sugar! Fresh burgers. Hot crinkle fries. All served with a smile.

What an amazing experience. We had traveled to Alabama to stay with friends to flee Milton and were headed home. It was after sundown, we were tired and had our dog, Odin, with us. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by smiling faces and warm greetings. The manager came out to greet us personally as we flopped down in a booth to just be somewhere different.

That place smelled soooooooo good! My mouth was watering just walking in. As we ate our food, BJ - the manager - came over and chatted with us, asking after our wellfare and the like. My son and I switched out watching the dog outside, and BJ even came out with a treat for him, talking about her own little yorkie.

Guys, I can't recommend this place enough. This was truly an amazing place of respite on our weary journey. If ever I'm passing back through Albany, this is the first place I'm stopping. If you are in the area, stop by, tell BJ high for me, and enjoy some true southern hospitality!

BJ, we totally made it home safe and sound around 1am. We got the essentials unloaded and we all crashed. LOL Everything is fine here now. Thanks again for everything!

Fast food is a joke in Albany Ga. Spent 25 minutes. No cars in parking lot. No line in drive thru. Literally one of the only customers. Get told to pull up. My food is cooking. Food is ice cold when I got it. And missing MAIN INGREDIENTS. This place is severely understaffed. Either that or incompetent and lazy.

I went through the drive-thru at Jack's #374 on North Slappey in Albany, GA. It was about 8:20pm and I ordered the 10-piece Big Box with 5 biscuits, green beans, and mashed potatoes. When I got my order, I noticed it wasn't in the box, but in three separate boxes. I had already waited twenty minutes and was more than ready to leave. When I got home, I realized all I had was chicken and toast! No green beans, potatoes, or biscuits - just chicken and TOAST! I tried to call the store but the phone just rang four or five times and then cut off. I'm not one that usually writes reviews, but I am highly disappointed because I feel like I just threw away some money!

I went by Jacks at 10:30PM (it closed at 11:00) I know it was close to closing but I’d rather you tell me that you are breaking everything down. Than to give me a burger that was cold inn the middle as if you had it In the fridge.,. I was handed a flat Coke only to switch it out for a flat Fanta. My fries was old and dumbed back in the grease. Just horrible. I go to Jacks a lot because it’s near my job and the only other issue that I had is the long wait time around 2:30PM.. I was so disappointed on how my food was when I got it.

I first pulled in the drive through, the lane beside was rolling cars through even tho I’ve been sitting for 10 mins waiting on someone, then I ask for a three piece meal, they gave me a 2 piece, and I asked for an extra biscuit, which I did not receive nor a drink, sad excuse for employees. I shouldn’t have expected any better honestly

The two employees on the porch I’m assuming we’re on break but the only person left inside was one lady who look like she may have been in management. Although she had to take our order then make the food and fix the drinks she had a great attitude towards it and still didn’t take too long.

My Mom and one of her friends got very sick from salads purchased at the Jack's on Slappy on Friday 9/20/24.
My Mom had to go to the doctor today because of this, which is one of the reasons I'm posting this. I've tried calling the store several times to no avail. After reading the posts about the service I now understand why no one is answering.
I have tried to send an email to Eatatjacks.com and to tellittojacks.smg.com, neither of which are valid email addresses.
I would like to be sent an valid telephone number and email address.
