Had to wait 20+ mins just for pot pies and I ordered Mac and cheese instead of saying we're out of Mac and cheese they substituted for mashed potatoes without my permission I didn't want a small mashed potatoe, I already had a large one.. and when I took it back it was the "oh we're out of Mac and cheese so we just gave you mashed potatoes, and then said you can keep that or do you want a refund. I'm giving this KFC a 5* rating across the board because everything was exceptional! You're greeted at the drive thru menu, the ease of placing your order was as smooth as a baby's face, the employee that takes your payment and hands out your food is very polite, and the food is both hot and correct. Today, I ordered the half chizza combo- and I LOVE it!!! I will be ordering from this KFC again!

Parking: There's a number of parking spots on both sides...

Visited KFC on East Oglethorpe in Albany GA and had an outstanding experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, a refreshing change from past visits. Ordered via the app and everything was ready on time. Got a fantastic deal - 6 piece bucket with 4 small sides and 4 biscuits for just $20! Impressed with the improved service and delicious food. No wait during lunchtime, and despite the slightly tricky parking, it was well worth it. Definitely deserving of a 5-star review!
