Each dish is a delight. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly!
A perfect spot for everyone. The sweet plantains stole the show!
Great food with a cheerful ambiance. The jerk wings are addictive!
Overpriced and underserved! I can't begin to talk about what a ripoff this place is. The food is setup buffet style and sitting there all day. The amount of meat given is very minimal especially for the astronomical prices. Be VERY careful because there are MANY upcharges that aren't disclosed. You discover that your total is much higher than what appears on the board because there's a fee for EVERYTHING. I'm guessing if you get the food fresh, perhaps it tastes better. However, it's mediocre at best. The rice was super dry and had several pieces that were either undercooked or sitting there so long they dried out. The owner is rude, treats the employees as if they're incompetent, and watches over them as if he doesn't trust them. He's literally watching how much is being scooped and telling them to take some out. Because there aren't many options in Albany for Jamaican food, I think he feels he has the market on lock. But believe me, I've had way better in other places and I'd highly suggest trying some where else. You'd be better getting you some pre-made marinades and making it yourself. It'll definitely be less expensive! I will NEVER go back and give a dime to this restaurant for the mere fact he's over charging and trying to get over... but you reap what you sow! The food is not that good and definitely NOT worth the high prices!

Terrible serviceTerrible foodTerrible ownersOverall experience: Terrible, terrible ?
The owner is rude and has no professional training. Food was runny and the rice felt like I was eating small rocks. The only thing I enjoyed was the bottles water from Pic and Save. The only good thing about this restaurant is that they play classicBob Marley. My opinion but they just need better management.
