today my family and I went to have lunch. we saw 2 employees. neither greeted us. we asked if we could eat inside and they said yes. we sat down for 10 minutes with no one offering us drinks or menus. I called the manager to no resolve or apology. very dissapppinting.

I order my food at 6:10 pm today, and the cashier never put the garlic knots on there so i called back at 7:10 and order 3 garlic knots and the manager said he would have them on the way asap. Well 3 hours later i still have no garlic knots and they are closed. Yalls garlic knots are the only thing my 2 year old wanted cause they are his favorite well i never got them. I had to order something from somewhere else to eat but he was very upset because he didnt get his garlic knots.

Whenever we go to Albany we always come here to eat, they have the best wings and pizza and really good service, nothing is never bad when you eat here.
This wasn't the first time that I ordered from them. But for some reason I don't know what happened the driver was late. And a Pizza of was just sitting in the box with no trey. Most of the Pizza stuck to the top of the box. If I would have checked before the driver left that would have been a no-tip day.

Ordered the same thing I did in February when I was delivered tried fricking chicken and fried okra when I ordered a pizza and Greek salad. This time I ordered a meat lovers pizza and a Greek salad and after an hour of waiting it was never delivered. I would not recommend this to my worst friend ever. These people are total losers

So I ordered a pizza at 7:41pm and did not receive it till 9:12pm it took over an hour and a half to get to me... mind you they are 13 mins away from my hotel when I got it, it was if I had gotten a day old pizza hard and cold I called them back the customer service was horrible their response was yea your pizza was sitting for a while before it was picked up and delivered it's not our fault when we make the pizza we tell Uber it's ready and they send the driver no apologies no credit no remake nothing I will never eat here again and will continue to advise others not to as well like how do you go wrong with pizza?! domino's Pizza Hut hell even little Caesar's would never I will be posting the pic on Yelp cause why would you even send a pizza that look like that out to a customers

I ordered a calzone a large and it was huge! It was loaded and delicious. I did not realize how very large it was but I had pizza for a week. It warms up wonderfully also. Add a salad and you have a complete meal!!!! I would recommend this place to everyone!
