Employees are very rude,and not very helpful. They will not let you in the dining room. I will not be going back . They looked closed . No lights were on .

I just came To get the famous fried chicken, but then it took like 30 minutes to get my food and no one was in the line. And when I got the food, the chicken was like not seasoned, and the biscuits were rock hard. For the atmosphere, the atmosphere is Horrible. What the place looks like is what the food taste like it is not good. People from five years ago I have like these great reviews but like now it’s just not good.

Do not really care for somebody saying that they would like tips when you’re going through a drive-through

Horrible staff service food all of it!!

Not only did I pay extra for white meat, I got shorted a piece of chicken and got a thigh and a wing only in my big box order. I specifically asked if white meat was in the box before I pulled off but if there is ever a next time then I will definitely make sure I look first.

Absolutely horrible experience. In my 30 years of life I have never had such a bad experience at a fast food place. We waited for 30 min for our food and watched as the people who ordered way long after us were eating theirs. My brother and his wife were with us too and their order also took so long. Also, the place itself is so gross and old. Super dirty, tables and floors extremely greasy and dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting as well. Food was alright but I would never come back to this location ever again.

THIS POPEY'S IS THE WORSE POPEY'S IVE EVER SEEN THE BUILDING NEED TO BE TORN DOWN HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CHICKEN DOESN'T TASTE GOOD AS OTHERS POPEY'S ACROSS THE WORLD

This building has been this way for years and it needs to be remodeled why is corporate not doing anything about this?there have also been traces of insects and or rodents in their latest food inspection.the inside isnt any better.they also need a better manager that cares about the establishment this is embarrassing for the city of albany ga.

I was at the drive through and the menu was falling apart and I couldn't understand the speaker. I left and did not get any food . The place needs repairs
