Selection on clothes (toddler, kids, teens, adult women) is horrible. The gas station is horrendous too and they NEED someone standing out there directing people to open pumps.

Fix your damn scan and go. Had not worked the last three times I have been here. Works at every other location I go to in Dothan, Tallahassee, West Palm Beach, Baltimore, etc. employees are clueless. Their only solution is to connect to Wi-Fi, which is obvious, but does not fix the problem. Please get someone that knows what they are doing with your network to fix it.

this is the worst sams club i ever shopped at! worst case of racially profiling with the employee here! cheryl was the employee! their items here are bigger portions and prices are no cheaper than walmart or other grocery store. plus we pay a fee to shop here. shouldve not treated with such disrespect!

This is honestly such a ghetto and unorganized Sam's Club. All Walmart's and Sams Clubs across the country now require face masks, and every location I've been to have been good about enforcing that, except this one. There are lots of redneck anti-maskers on the loose in here because they do not enforce the mask requirement. Also, a lot of the employees wear masks below their nose. The employee who helped us checkout was very ghetto and slow. A lot of the merchandise in the store are very damaged. Example: Beat up cardboard boxes, 3 pack missing 1, etc. Overall, I do not recommend this Sams Club but sadly it's the only option in Albany

Online order pickup is terrible. Bought a game system online 4/29 when it was in stock and scheduled a pickup for 5/1. Since they did not pull the unit the day of the purchase, it was sold. Now, I don’t have my merchandise. Good thing I called first or I would have driven 3-1/2 hours unnecessarily.

This place is terrible. I despise the Sam's in Albany, GA. The most unaccommodating staff I've ever encountered in a Sam's, especially the meat department. It's almost like it brings a smile to their face and joy to their hearts to tell you NO to every meat cut request and hide behind "Sorry sir, we can't do that, it's company policy." Every other Sam's we've been to in this country has been happy to cut a steak any way we want it or from any part of the loin we wish to have it from... Nope, not these guys, they love to say NO with a big smile on their faces. Customer service is almost non existent in this club. Stop giving people a hard time about their ID cards. It's not like you can buy anything without it anyway. On a positive note, the cashiers and sample staff are friendly.
