Great food and drinks but every time I do a mobile order, pull into a stall, check in and wait 20-30 minutes just to end up going through the drive thru for them to give me a simple order like a drink. What's the point in having the check in stalls if employees aren't checking the mobile orders.

I am definitely not going there anymore. Every single time I go you wait in line for ever, if your order is right you’re lucky. Today will be the last day I give them my business. I literally threw away what was given to me and went somewhere else. Sonic you really need to do better.

I hate to do this, but I'm severely disappointed. I place a mobile order nearly every day because the strawberry dr pepper is my absolute favorite thing in life (it has been since I was a teenager), and it's been getting progressively worse every time I go. I really honestly don't think I'll be back to Ledo Sonic. Today when I ordered my drink, I ordered it 2 hours ahead and set the pick up time for 12:30. So, I get there a couple of minutes before 12:30, and on my app it's saying I've already checked in and received my drink, which was not the case because I'd just arrived. Honestly, I didn't have the time to try to hash it out with the manager so I just ordered another one. But the drink that I did get was DISGUSTING. It tasted like either the syrup was almost out, or it was diet. Or, hell, probably both. I know it's easy to make little mistakes in the food industry, but come on. 😂💀👏

Ok so i place a mobile order for a hamburger and they bring it out and it has cheese on it, no worries i just go through the line and let them know about it and asking them to remake it. Tell me why when they “fix” my meal they proceed to mess it up again by putting mayo on it…🤦‍♀️

I love this sonic, been eating here my whole life. But while I’m 3rd place in line before the window, and they come bring my food and get my money, I am expecting them to bring my change as well. I still had to sit and wait until they helped the rest of the cars. It’s almost like they wanted to make sure they didn’t lose my business and me jump out of line, but why make me wait? Now I’m annoyed. I still sat in the line for 14 minutes. If she would brought my change I would’ve been gone in 6. Just don’t understand the point, because yall did not speed up my time here. When she came with my food I thought, aw they are trying to help with the wait time, but it turned out to be pointless. Next time just wait until I get to the window.
Other than todays annoyance, this sonic is great and their food is always fresh. The employees have a great attitude and they always remember my order. I just think this system is kinda stupid if you aren’t going to execute it correctly.

Best Sonic my husband and I have been to, this far. We had a horrible experience with the Sonic location in Moultrie GA (thank God they are closed). We found a razor in our burger, and other small plastic particles in our food. This Sonic makes us happy from the drive-thru greet to the goodbye after getting our food. Thank you Sonic!

The lady taking my order took her sweet time asking me each question about my meal. Then she did not repeat my order back to me. So I asked a second time, did you get that burger with no cheese? She takes her long pause, and says yes. I just got home and opened my food and there’s cheese on my burger. I guess I will have to start checking my food before leaving, but I was trusting the girl today. Never again. The service is always great and they are always friendly. The lady at the window was super nice. At least y’all have her.
