To begin you need to be the driver or in a truck to see the menu. Next the music was so loud couldn't hear to place an order. Asked if they could turn it down was told no.Once we managed that the food came fairly quick. But it was terrible, tater tots were cold. Chili tots were cold and the chili was literally dried to the side of the dish. The burgers were cold the lettuce was wilted and the first bite of the sandwich was sour tasting. Ordered a number 3 meal, chili tots, cheese sticks and a kids meal. $27 and change in the garbage. Was able to drink the sodas and eat the cheese sticks. Will not be back any time soon. They weren't busy only one in the drive through and two in the stalls.

I ordered through the Sonic app & had my other half pick up the food. I called the location because the app wouldn't let me check in (looks like I'm far away). She pulled into a stall & I called the location & asked that once prepared they took the food out to her. On that accord everything was running smoothly. I am literally 2 minutes away from the Sonic on Ledo yet by the time the food got to me it was incorrect and COLD! I ordered 2 of the quarter pound double cheeseburger specials with no pickles but I asked that Mayo & lettuce be added. The receipt says exactly what I ordered but not one piece of lettuce was on either burger and again they were ice cold.

Went to the sonic on ledo and these two women working here.... the lady at the window with the dreads with red ends got a whole attitude because I asked for a straw for my cups of ice she bucked her head and rolled her eyes. She said you really want a straw I said YES then when she handed us our food had a nasty attitude and handed the bag out the window with no smile are anything so unprofessional didn't get her NAME!!!!! Should have seen the looks on her face when I asked for a straw ? I could have went off but they were fixing our food! IF YOU GONNA ACT LIKE THAT WHEN AA CUSTOMER ASK YOU. FOR SOMETHING U DONT NEED TO BE WORKING IN FAST FOOD. NEVER SEEN SOMEONE SO UNPROFESSIONAL IN MY LIFE!! DONT KNOW WHERE THE MANAGER WAS BUT AFTER READING THE COMPLAINTS WOULDN'T HELP

If I could give a zero I would my order was completely wrong. Bread was wet and soggy. When I tried to talk to the manager in charge he would even let me speak he just talked over me.
This location has really went downhill , wouldn't surprise me at all if it ends up closed down , Employees rude and the wait is ridiculous for rude ,service and not good food anymore. If you don't like your job , then you should go somewhere else to work .

Ordered chicken tender baskets, they asked what sauce we wanted. Didn’t include the dipping sauce and rung it up as (no sauce) and told us they didn’t come with sauce and it would be .50 each. Rip off, terrible food, employees that don’t care that actively try to rip you off.
