Went there pretty late at night, around midnight and was surprised to find it open until 4am. Food was basic but hit the spot. Its a good place ro go for a late night meal.

I ordered on the app because I was in a hurry thinking I could just run in and pick it up. I had to wait for my food. I could understand if they were busy but they weren't. After waiting a few minutes I asked how long and I got a nasty attitude from them. Everytime I go to this location it's something with them.

I am only rating a one because of how rude this little girl was to her co-worker. If you dont want to work then quit but being rude for no reason is just crazy to me.

Absolutely tired of having to download an app just to buy food. There is no reason that every single restaurant needs my personal information in their database.. no one works at the counter, they have 1 kiosk and you MUST have an app. No thanks. Goodbye Taco bell

When I pulled up to the speaker I got ignored for 3 minutes. They finally take my order after I reverse and drive back over the speaker. I order my food w 3 orders of cinnamon bites, and they wave for me to stop and wait before I get to the window, as to not get on the timer. We were waiting on my cinnamon bites, I get it. So then a car pulls up behind me, and looks at me like I’m crazy. I said they told me to wait. So the employee waves me forward and she says “my manager said to ask you do you want cinnamon sticks because we don’t have the cinnamon bites”. (Because someone was behind me and their food was ready) I don’t believe that they were out of cinnamon bites. And when she answered the headset I heard in the background “that’s why you get on our nerves” sounding like someone is being bullied in there. Possibly the girl on the headset tonight. Taco Bell needs to do better. This is my 3rd bad report. And she doesn’t ask to take your order she says “hi do you have a DoorDash?” It’s hard to believe there was a manager in there at all. I cannot come eat here and expect that they are handling the food properly back there, so I won’t be returning. The manager doesn’t care about anything, and damn sure not food quality. My chicken was rubbery. When you see a manager that doesn’t care, your imagination runs wild. All the germs back there probably. Yuck. Hopefully these reviews reach somebody. My family won’t eat here again.

Came at 2:00. I had a mobile order, they told me they had no food and I’d have to cone back in 30 minutes. How does that make sense?
I came here just to order some breakfast, and when I asked for a Steak Breakfast Quesadilla I was told that they don't serve breakfast. Yet, your sign says breakfast under it and you have a whole breakfast menu at the drive-thru. If you don't serve breakfast, then take the menu and the signs down. That is very misleading to customers who desire Taco Bell's breakfast.

They don’t answer there phones at all and would rather be on there phones then help people and if you work there you will barely get any notice of your schedule or even when pay is. Very terrible and wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell on Dawson rd in Albany ga

Food was cold !!! My chalupa bread was hard I watch the older lady take an order at the register handle money and go back to make food which is unsanitary !!!
