This is our regular spot when we are in the mood for a night out whether it be family night or date night. Chef G has yet to disappoint and honestly has set the bar for how a kitchen should be ran. Just him coming out to always greet us and discuss his latest special sets him apart. Visit the Flint for that special occasion or just a night out and you won’t be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at The Flint tonight! The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff courteous and very helpful. The food was superb…my first time ever eating lamb chops and I’m sooooooo pleased! Live entertainment was wonderful…Mr. Ray Lamar! I will definitely be back and will definitely refer customers to your establishment 🎉🎉

The Flint was highly recommended by the hotel and it did not disappoint. From the arrival the hostess was awesome. Sitting at the bar ordered drinks and food. The Executive Chef G was amazing. The pasta with chicken was excellent good portion size even leftover and extra pasta sauce to go. Excellent in all areas. I shall return.

Everything was top notch. I love the great atmosphere, service, and food was awesome. I came here with my family for my Mother law birthday dinner. I ordered the Roasted Chicken and cornbread dressing with baked mac and cheese and grilled asparagus it was so delicious with an amazing flavor. I'll definitely recommend The Flint to family and friends.

Ate there last night. Incredible food. Met the owner/chef great guy. Highly recommend this place. Blackened grouper with smoked Gouda grits and a side of greens. The potato soup was banging too. Also played some great soul tunes.

Delicious! We end up in the area due to evacuation from the FL hurricane and this place was a great local gem. The crab claw appetizers and fried green tomatoes were savory. The crab claws were great and so easy to eat. The fried green tomatoes had a nice light spicy kick plus the bacon, they were so amazing.
Our mains were the pork chop and fried grouper. The pork chop was cooked to perfection and so juicy! The fried grouper over grits, my first bite was full of flavor and crunch.
Topped it all off with the homemade peach cheesecake and it was creamy delish dream.
Everything was full of flavor, and it was delicious! It definitely was an amazing surprise to find on our trip

The atmosphere was truly pleasant. This was our second time visiting this establishment, and I have to admit this time was somewhat lack luster. We made reservations to ensure proper seating without a wait but to our surprise there was a 20 minute wait for a table and the establishment wasn't crowded at all. As for the entrees, the lambchops were absolutely wonderful but much to be desired was the stuffed flounder, cornbread dressing, greens and oxtails. They lacked the "homemade" touch the was strongly advertised by our server. Our bill for a small party of 3 was $200+. I found it somewhat disappointing to find there was an included gratuity charge. Don't get me wrong, we do tip well for great service, but when you as a customer have to ask for refills on water and tea that doesn't constitute exceptional service for gratuity to be automatically included.
This vist was definitely not the impression we were looking for when we went to first time. I believe we would have to rethink for another visit to drop another couple bills here.
