The Menu looked great; However they were out of food. They didn’t have many servers on staff. We didn’t have to wait as they were not busy at all, They just were out of Main Entrees, such as oxtail, Turkey Wings. The only other menu choices was fish and fried chicken. We may try it again but at an earlier time.

We stopped here on the way to Disney and it was INCREDIBLE!!! Service was great and our food was delicious! I got the stuffed flounder with grits and greens, and my fiancé got the lamb chops with mac n cheese and asparagus. Asparagus had a great char and the portion of lamb chops was filling. The sauce on the flounder was also really good. The food came out really fast. We will be back!

We had a table of 8 for a birthday dinner on a Saturday evening before 5. At the time there were maybe 2 more parties in the entire building. We had to wait for a table and half of the menu was not avaliable to order. We waited almost an hour for our food which was mediocre at best. The best part of the meal was the spinach dip

The food took forever to come out and it wasn't all good. My husband went simple he got wings and dip probably was the best out of 5 of us. The Oxtails wasn't good at all I sent them back. But waiter was awesome tho great energy. If I'm in Georgia I wouldn't go back for the food lol. But everyone has to give it a try maybe it was just that night. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Everyone thinks The Catch is the best. I've been to both and the food at The Flint is by far the better tasting. Quality was outstanding. Service was wonderful. DeAngelo was our waiter and was so helpful, pleasant, and just the best waiter. The stuffed flounder, crab claws were the best I've ever had. Great atmosphere. I think it is a wonderful restaurant with outstanding food and drink. Don't go with the norm, come see what you're missing out on. Best food in town!

Came in on a Wednesday night, not too many people in the restaurant. Got the ribeye with a baked potato and asparagus. The steak was cooked perfectly but was really salty and swimming in a vinegary liquid, compound butter on top never melted. The grilled asparagus was extremely over seasoned as well. Food came out quick and service was great.

The Flint is a great spot located in downtown Albany. The space is stylish and clean, with a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff are friendly, helpful, and quick.
The food is excellent, from the burgers to the seafood and meat dishes, everything is flavorful and well-prepared. The spinach dip is especially tasty and definitely worth trying. The drinks are also well crafted, and the background music, a mix of soul, funk, and R&B, sets a perfect mood for the evening.
The only downside, unfortunately, is the location. While the restaurant itself is great, the surrounding area can feel a bit unsafe at times, depending on who’s around. That said, if you’re comfortable with the neighborhood, the dining experience at The Flint is definitely worth it. See you next time!

It's my first time here, and I will be back. It was so nice. I was met at the door and seated quickly. The grits were very good, a little too salty, but add some water, and hopefully, it will thin it out. The drinks were nice . The entire atmosphere was on point. I look forward to my next visit. I even met the owner's mom. She is the bomb diggity.
