Store management has gone down. Had to delay an important purchase because there was no manager or assistant manager available who could exchange a car battery. It's a big store what happened to the backups?

Went to get a oil change and waited 2 hours for just my truck and then they put the wrong oil in my truck and had to re do it no consideration at all
