I just had the rudest person in the drive-thru ever. Very little eye contact and a rude tone with a condescending statement of "I was talking to the other car". Lady, you probably won't see this but I hope your day gets better because you currently are being awful.

Arrived at the drive thru 03-04-204 on Dawson in front of Ross was told to go ahead with my order. Spoke clearly and concise. Cashier says rudely wait I am taking a order at the window. Few moments later repeat your order rudely. My son is leaving a scrimmage game and wants Wendy's. Repeat the order again. Rude responds 1st window. Young man at the pay window was awesome. Finally, I am at the food window with the RUDEST CHIC A LIVE. Gives me the drinks. They are wrong then she ignores me when I realize my drink order is wrong. Finally, RUDE comes back and is RUDER when I tell her of her error. Pours the drink off the ice. I did not want and refills the same cup. I said all that to say. Customer service is everything and when I say I will never ever spend another dime in Wendy's on Dawson Road.Vegetarian options: Salad

The breakfast biscuits were so good. I used to be big on McDonald's breakfast biscuits but after having Wendy's, I decided to change my alliance. They were buttery and flaky and had a slight golden top which was great. The only thing lacking was the customer service. I get it, it's early. You'd rather be anywhere but near a cold window and serving customers so early. But that's still part of the job you signed up for. As a fellow fast food worker myself, please be more patient with your clients. They are just trying to get to the places they need to themselves and decided to stop at your restaurant.
