Today's young, inexperienced, awful customer service generation. Employees behind the counter were loud, rude, cursing, on phones, etc. They did work and prepare order quickly.
Got a Dave's single with cheese on 08/20/2026 and got food poisoning the only thing I get is the Patty cheese pickles and mustard and ketchup so with that being said I will never eat at Wendy's on Dawson road in Albany again and won't eat Wendy's anywhere else for a while I'd rather eat at home to avoid food poisoning
Took my son here to get a kids meal it was OK I like the drink machine it had alot of drinks to choose from.
