We are not from Albany so we decided to stop and eat. Was very disappointed when we could not eat in the dining area because it was too cold. They had the air conditioner going so high that it was actually making us shiver 61° outside today and it’s actually warmer outside than it was inside that store. food was OK but won’t be back again.

I went to Wendy on 10/29 at 7:30 pm. No cars in line.. I was ordering a drink and forgot to add a 4 piece nugget for my artistic son. They manager had a problem with the add on and was cursing rudely and loudly.. My son has autism and repeated the curse word the manger said rudely.. Now im stuck with a bad word she said at the window..As a parent I have to keep calm. My reply to her was have a blessed day…

The burgers are steamed which is good ?. To me that is the only thing that sets them apart from the others. And the burgers are extremely big with lots of toppings. Atmosphere and service was average. And the restaurant is always clean and tidy. The bathroom is also clean ? and tidy.
Vegetarian options: No vegetarian food unless you are going to get a salad.
Parking: Average parking lot with no pot holes and no bump. Looks clean.
