The bagels are really good but the service here can be either really good or very unwelcoming depending on who’s in the front. The Caucasian young lady that works in the mornings usually is very rude…One time I called to order in since the bagel I wanted wasn’t on the online menu and when she was asking for my name she couldn’t hear me and said “WHAT?” with an attitude instead of politely asking me to repeat my name again or saying “pardon me?”. Definitely needs...

Been to this location several times. I like their bagels. One of the better places in the area. Always fresh and on the thicker side. Staff is always friendly and moves the lines along well. Had their Carmel coffee today for the first time - pretty delicious.

This place is truly exceptional and a must try!! The bagels are the absolutely delicious and the customer service is unmatched. Everyone is so wonderful - You can tell the owner really cares for his customers and wants to ensure a great experience for everyone. Try this place and you will become a regular like me. :-)
