The food is amazing! The variety is mouth watering. The service is outstanding and that soft, supple bread is legendary! Blimpie by far is in my opinion the best of the best!
Blimpie is a local institution. Sadly, there aren't many of them around here anymore. The bread alone is worth the drive, but the kind folks at the Council Bluffs shop are what keep me coming back.

The variety of food is amazing. The service is outstanding. The sandwiches are quick and delicious. The Council Bluffs location has kind staff. The ham and cheese sandwich may have limited ingredients. Blimpie is considered the best of the best, a local institution worth the drive.
