As a food service worker myself, I understand the difficulties and what it takes to work in food service. However, things could have been handled significantly better at this location. I ordered a grilled nugget meal and wanted to redeem the fries (receive them free) with my rewards points. I was really hoping the with the re built store, the North Point location would have improved. I am sorry to say that I was yet again disappointed by the service at this location. They are so rude, act like they are doing you a favor to take your money, and they don't listen. Today, my condiments and straw for my drink was missing. I am sure glad that they are not the only location in town. I won't go back to this location again.
Have never had a rude Chick-fil-A experience until today. Drive through employee was annoyed at my question about the new Mac and cheese sizes. I asked how big the portions were and she just repeated small medium large. Asked for help on her headset and never got an answer. Also order nuggets which were cold and dry.
