Busiest time rush hour you have one employee working the line and the register you have tons of employees talking laughing no food ready. This location is by far the worst

worst chipotle ive ever been to, they dont know how to wrap burritos and they have a pin for the bathroom. i almost pissed my pants because the pin wasnt working.

Went up to tell them I think someone accidently put to much salt in there guacamole batch because it tasted like eating straigh from a salt Shaker. They said it was ok. I thought they didnt understand me so I repeated my self. They said it was ok and gave me another guacamole side. I said why would I want another one, im tellingnits not ok. They just kept telling me its ok and looking at me like shut up walk away. They couldnt give two craps here.
Order double meat but they be giving so little protein and guacamole gave me small scoop ask for alittle more got double charged

Horrible experience.
The girl who took my order did not understand one question I asked, on English at all and she was not happy to be there working.
The other 2 woman were yelling at each other about taking the garbage out. After I got my order and sat down to eat, then the first girl who took my order ended up doing the garbage. She came to empty the garage and replace bins in the dining area. She was slamming those containers like she wanted to break them. Not Pleasant to be at a place eating and experience that behavior.
I have always liked Chipotle and will continue to eat at their other locations, but if I was the owner of this particular one I’d fire everyone in there ASAP.

“Are you Hindu? “
We have been regular customers at this location and even picked up food last Sunday. We have always found it to be a decent place in terms of both food and service.
However, during my visit today with my daughter, I had an uncomfortable experience. I ordered a quesadilla for my daughter and a rice bowl for myself. While checking out, the staff member unexpectedly asked me, “Are you Hindu?”
I replied yes, and out of curiosity, I asked why she had asked that question. She responded, “Hindus load up a lot of food.”
I was quite shocked by this comment. Ironically, I wanted regular — or even smaller — portions of rice, sour cream, and other items. Despite this, she added more food than I had wished for. At checkout, I mentioned, “If you feel the bowl has been loaded more than usual, please feel free to charge me.” She replied, “It’s okay.”
I sincerely hope the management takes note of this and provides proper training to ensure better sensitivity, professionalism, and ethics when interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds. No one should be stereotyped or judged based on their ethnicity or religion

Very small portions of everything. Ordered a chicken burrito and a chicken bowl to go. Had to ask for a little more rice, peppers and beans. Service was so, so. Probably will not be visiting this location again.

I ordered three tacos. This is what I got. An absolute mess. I couldn’t separate them. A real disappointment that they can’t wrap them individually.

Every time I try to order from here they are out of things that are crucial for this business. Why isn’t corporate stepping in to see what management is doing at this location?? It hasn’t been open for too long to have these issues. Out of different meats, out of both beans, out of rice etc! What is going on??
Closed 2 days in a row. Went out of my way twice for you to be closed. This is my normal Chipolte and I will not return.
I’m a vegetarian and ordered sofritas bow, and it has a chicken or meat piece in it.
This happend second time but at different locations
The worst chipotle I have ever been to. We have had to call corporate more times than I can count. I was so excited to have a chipotle close with a drive thru but our order is wrong almost every single time, we have been overcharged twice, if I go inside (which I now do a lot because they mess up,) it is filthy. No one wipes tables. Most of the people working seem miserable and rude. Tonight I had to come multiple times for kids and it was just not a good experience and they can’t solve any problems unless I call corporate. At this point I will start using the other location again.
