“This is by far my favorite restaurant in Roswell. Their Cuban sandwiches, rice and beans, mariquitas, plantains…. Their ropa vieja… pastelitos and their café con leche.. it’s just amazing. I was craving them today being Good Friday but I can’t eat meat lol. However maybe I’ll go for just rice and beans “
“Read the reviews and followed the trail. Pretty good size. Place needs a little updating. The food made up for the decor. Usually try drinks and appetizer to get a sense of taste. The drinks were a little disappointing. Had a Sangria and a Mojito. The Sangria lacked flavor. Tasted like watered down wine. The mojito needed a little kick. Started with the Trifongo as an appetizer. Ful of flavor, you could taste the garlic and yuca mixed with the plantains. Moved in for the main course. Hemingway Chicken. Had tostones with white rice. The helping was only two of the tostones. Misunderstood as a salad included as well. The tostones were crispy and fully cooked. The rice was well cooked and fully popped. The chicken was well cooked, mushroom cheese sauce flavorful was a great addition. Definitely excited to try this place again.“
“Great breakfast spot, the food is tasty, I really enjoyed my eggs Benedict. Service is fast, you won't be rushed out of this place, take your time , enjoy your food, and tip the amazing staff. I want wait for the next time I am around this “
“Had lunch there with my girlfriend. The food was prepared well and was very delicious. The staff was very friendly and very courteous. I would recommend this place to friends and family. The Grilled Chicken fillet was cooked perfect. My girlfriend had the Vaca Frita. The White Sangria was awesome. My girlfriend had the Red Sangria. The Guava Cheesecake is to die for. Overall the atmosphere and cleanliness was excellent..“
“Put on your dancing shoes and check out Mojitos! This restaurant features a live band (including the owners) on Friday late and until Midnight Saturday night. I went on Saturday and the place was full; including the dance floor. I had to get out my seat as well ? had a time. They pride themselves on having the best mojitos and serving the best Cuban American food in town and it shows! I HAD THE BEST PAELLA and GUAVA CHEESECAKE!Here’s what we had:Apps“Loaded” MariquitasMojito’s SamplerEntreesClassic PaellaGuava B.B.Q. “Very nice quiet spot to get a quick lunch bite. While I'm waiting for my seat covers to be installed came to grab a bite. Lunch stew chicken rice n beans plantain and a salad . This was good for lunch also comes a drink . It's also a really good price 13 bucks for the lunch and you're full.“
“The yuca fried was plentiful and delicious. I am not a big fan of the ketchup-mayo dipping sauce it comes with, but another person at the table liked it. The empanadas were tasty and high quality shredded beef inside. The Don Julio margarita I had was strong but not my favorite tbh.The prices here are generally more expensive than going to Papi's Cuban, but Armandos is the only place like this around for a 20 minute drive.“
“I got a chicken (vegan) cubano to-go. I've always wanted to try a cubano but never found a vegan option. The flavors were great and I loved the bread. The texture of the vegan chicken was good, but did not replicate the shred/tear that chicken has. Definitely will be back!“
“I won a giveaway on instagram recently. Which was surprised because I never win anything. I work at salon nearby and we always go for coffee. I’ve never had there sandwiches before and let me tell you stop what your doing and order now!!!! I had the pleasure of speaking with Tatiana who handled our order who was super sweet. Will definitely be a returning customer!!! Thanks cubanos looking forward to my next sandwich with your amazing coffee ?“
“I've been a fan of Mambo Cafe since they were located on Haynes Bridge road. We found them, like many places, by taking a shot in the dark and giving it a try. My goodness what a great place and excellent food. When they moved to exit 11 it made it so much closer and the food is still excellent. Every time I try a different dish I tell myself that this one is the best so far! Man great place, excellent service and decent prices. Hard to beat!“
