If you’re ever thinking about going to Main Event by Northpoint Mall….. DONT. The absolute WORST customer service experience of my entire adult life.
1.) we put our name in for bowling at 5:30 and were told it would be 45 mins and they would text us when it was our turn. Fine. We go play laser tag for a while.
2.) we get hungry and are still waiting for bowling an hour later and are told they are out of all chicken and all hamburgers, and it will be at least...read full review
