I’ve tried this place a few times and I am ALWAYS disappointed. Last night I did a mobile order. I still waited for 20 mins for my food and my fries were cold and the grilled cheese had unmelted cheese. They are good by replacing orders but come on guys, let’s get it right the first time.

Food was fine. The wait was a bit excessive — 18 mins from the time I ordered. Gotta say I don’t like the whole kiosk-replacing-human experience. If I wanted that I’d go to McDonald’s. I suspect today’s problem was that they were short-staffed. Garbage was getting full, out of sweet tea, out of med lids. There was rarely a person at the register. Even with kiosks you should always have a person at the register. Love Whataburger. Hope they get this store figured out

Don’t go to this location early morning (6am) overnight. The service is extremely slow & the staff are very rude. I ordered online 10-15 min prior and still waited another 20 for my order. They didn’t even answer at the window.

I come here consistently throughout my work week and more often than not they're incredibly slow and run into issues that withhold customers. Just spent twenty minutes in the right lane for it to get ignored, pulled around the building in the left lane to get to the kiosk of the left lane and told to wait, I left five minutes later.

This is my second attempt. First one, the cashier J was absolutely pleasant but I ended up with fries instead of onion rings. This time the manager gave me free onion rings, and they forgot that until I mentioned it, the chicken sandwich looks absolutely depleted and not fresh missing a few ingredients. Need I say this is not a place I will visit again.

I went to pick up a mobile order. We waited 30 minutes on the drivetrhu, asked three times, and they even took my phone to “confirm” the order. No one came, and at the end they didn't even know I was there. I had to leave my car and ask again, and the employee was super rude after I asked!!!

Great breakfast food. Biscuits at this whataburger are always the perfect amount of doneness. Not a huge fan of whataburger lunch or dinner but their breakfast is the best around. Plus they give free coffee to vets.
