Placed an order in the app, pulled up to drive thru and started off by saying they only accept cash. I stated i placed an order through the app and gave the code. They said hold on and maybe tried pulling it up? After about 3 minutes, “sorry our app orders aren’t working.” Okay where do i get a refund? It charged my account?
