The Drive-Thru line is long, but these ladies are hustling inside. It is greatly appreciated when you see that they are smiling and working to get the orders out. Keep it up Hardee's. They're doing a great job with the small staff they have. Please be patient with them.
Excellent food
Store was extremely short staffed but the way they handled my order was amazing. My food was perfect. Everything was fresh and fast. This store needs the recognition it deserves!

Based on the reviews, Hardee's offers fresh burgers cooked to order and good refreshment, but the fries are the spotlight as they are salty and hot fresh. The customer service is great, with friendly tones and a cashier who suggests items off the menu. The management team is outstanding, and the speed of service is impressive. One cashier always has a smile and delivers exceptional service, while another is always delivering exceptional service and makes sure everything is correct. However, some find it really expensive, and one experience was a ripoff with a 3 piece tenders combo costing $13.10, a small fry, and a drink mostly ice. Overall, the food is always fresh, and there are no complaints from some, but others are done with Hardee's.
