Bartender Jackie introduced herself and remembered our names. She made great suggestions and top notch drinks.. Food did take a really long time and manager/cook was loudly complaining and rude. We could hear everything! Great service and friendly staff other than that!

I had an awesome experience on this day at Ruby Tuesday. My food was great and made correctly, drinks were awesome, and the service was even better! Thanks to our server, Dana, for an awesome job making sure we had everything we needed, and that everyone was accommodated, even with it being hectic, and there being such a large group.

It’s been several months since we’ve been in Americus and we certainly weren’t disappointed. Everything was excellent, from the food to the service and as well as the atmosphere. Our only disappointment was the salad bar. It was a little skimpy compared to the last time we visited a Ruby’s Tuesday. Other than that, we enjoyed. Dana, our server was very professional. She did an excellent job of taking care of us.
