I really like American Deli but tonight they failed me with the Philly it wasn't seasoned at all. It was just bland. Hope you all start seasoning the meat for the Philly.

Their Philly cheese steak is amazing!!! And their fries are so delicious! I love the seasoning.The employees are very nice and pleasant and incredibly helpful.I eat food from here more often than I should because I love itso much!
An employee used the restroom, left without washing his hands, and immediately started serving food. Swear on my life.While using the urinal, I heard someone else enter the restroom, they went into the stall and peed. After washing my hands, I opened the door to leave the restroom, right then, the stall door opened and the employee walked straight out of the restroom, no sanitizer, nothing. If there is a sink in the stall, they did not use it. I followed him out, he went right behind the service counter, did not wash hands there either, did not put on gloves, just started grabbing people's boxes of food to hand out.This was at 7:45 pm today, 04/18/24. The employee was relatively tall, 20-30 years old, wearing 2 necklaces, arm tattoos, short hair, and was black (I am only mentioning this to help make sure that the correct person can be identified by management).

I’ve always had to wait for an extended amount of time for someone to come to the counter to place my order and getting your food takes even longer. The fried rice meals the rice is never fully cooked and the Philly cheese steak the sandwich is so full of grease by the time you get home the bread is covered in grease and soggy. Their fries are also nasty. I’ve tired complaining but literally no one cares that works there.

Drove to the restaurant to pick up dinner. When we returned home, we realized order was wrong. Tried to call the store. No luck no answer. It was pouring rain. It was not going back. How are you doing brother, you got it. Yes sir you got it yeah, you gonna be better. Better luck.

I payed $15.00 for a 10 piece and the wings are so small, It's not even funny anymore. I complained and received 2 extra wings, but that looked like a 8 piece when it was really 12 wings total. I'm not even exaggerating. Have to locate a wing spot that has bigger wings than the baby chickens I'm receiving...

The food was ok. The wings are tiny, so it's not really worth it. The Philly was good. They got my wing order wrong. I asked for dry lemon pepper and they gave me wet and instead of making me new wings they just sprinkled dry rub onto the wet wings. Again the wings were not worth it. There are better options around the area.
My first experience here was good.the Philly cheese steak was on point.this time the bread was sooo soggy and wet I couldn't pick it up to bite it .it was so wet !.you should always serve good food to people no matter who they are..

Had the Philly steak combo with lemon pepper wings- the wings pack a punch for how tiny they are, good flavor, but not a lot of meat. The sandwich is substantial, and pretty tasty, but it is greasy. Overall solid.

Look y’all, We showed up 15 minutes before closing and they still took my order. These guys the GOAT. I was turned away by the other one on the east side. And it was 2 fried order combos with a gyro. I really appreciated their willingness to hook me up so late!
