While visiting Athens I went here twice. Whole order was wrong both times. The burgers were not cooked neary how I asked, 1 burger was missing, fries were missing, asked for 1 order to-go and didnt get it to-go. And the place wasnt remotely busy, maybe 1 or 2 people were there, so I dont see how they could mess up THAT much. Absolute waste of time and money. And it wasnt cheap.

The sweet potatoes fries , the lamb burger , and the salmon burger was soooo good . My guy and I both will be back before we go back to Chicago . I wish I stayed in Georgia so I can come here more because the food is amazing . The quality of the food was a 10. The customer service was a 10 . The employees were nice and the owner was patient with us .

I had the Lamb Burger and it was really good. Cooked just right and juicy. I was with a group of 6 and we all received our food within a reasonable quick time. I rode up from Augusta, GA to try it and I was pleased to make the ride. I'll return.

If you have about 2 hours to spare, and like overspending on disgusting grey burgers while watching Fox News, then Burgerim is the place for you! We waited over 40 minutes for 2 burgers!!!! What is taking so long? They are obviously mass-produced, pre-formed burger patties with no seasoning. I don't understand why it takes so long- the place wasn't even busy! Don't bother going here. There are too many other amazing restaurants in Athens. Burgerim will just be a waste of your time and money...emphasis on the money. This place is crazy expensive for SLIDER sized burgers! Plus any additional topping will set you back another .79 cents! Good luck covering up the off-putting taste of the burgers themselves, though.

Claims that they had more than one meat free option but when we got there they only had falafel. The girl that was at the cash register was also rude and rolled her eyes when we said thank you and turned around to leave. But I guess that's downtown for ya lol.

Location is a plus and the service and atmosphere are good, but I can not justify the burger's taste for the price.
