As a Nashville resident and Hot chicken enthusiast, this Athens location crushes it. I got the Nashville Hot Chicken waffle sandwhich, and both the chicken and waffle were incredible. It was a near perfect sandwhich. I would come back to Athens just to get another one. The heat was a medium level, but the taste was a 10+.
My first time eating at Bruxies was in California 10 years ago. It was good and so was this one. I got the chicken sandwich on a waffle. The chicken was awesome but the waffle got soggy with the sauce. No big deal. Maybe next time, I will order and chicken and waffles.

Ordered takeout and the food was good! The oreo milkshake was DELICIOUS and the Holy Chicken (middle item) was pretty good too. The chicken was very crispy and still juicy and everything paired together really well. Also ordered a sweet nutella + strawberries waffle which was a delicious treat at the end. Definitely had tons of leftovers!!
