I said I would pick it up at 10:00 a.m. and when I arrived at their establishment they didn't have my cake and I didn't have it on their list.
Unfortunately that day I had to arrive at my job at 11:00 and while they attended to their customers I was waiting for them to find my order because of their negligence I arrived late to my work.
If you make an order at the moment, they ask you for payment.
But they are very irresponsible.
I hope it doesn't happen to more people since it's frustrating to tell you that they can't find your order.

Ordered my first cake from here in March 2024. It was good, but there was a hard piece of plastic, about 3/4" long, baked into the cake, which a party guest found in her mouth. The friend with the plastic in her cake happens to be a professional cook and said, "You should tell them about this. I'd want to know, if it were my shop." So I took it in to show them and they apologized and nicely gave me a coupon for a free cake. This Nov. I ordered the cake. I was supposed to pick it up at 1:30 on Sat. but was having a crazy day and forgot until 3 pm. Went there but they had closed at 2 and there was no way to get the cake. I did not realize they closed so early. So we had a party with no cake. I realize I should have set an alarm and gotten there in time, but they could also have taken 1 min. to give me a courtesy call or email, when they realized they were getting ready to close and I had not picked up the cake. I would have been there in 5 minutes.

We absolutely loved our wedding cakes from Cecilia's! The cakes were gorgeous and we still have guests talking about how good all the flavors were! we did Spanish Lemon and Raspberry in a two-tier and the Red and Black in a satellite cake. All of them were sooo good and the service from beginning to end was a hit!

Wow! Cecilia’s Bakery and the crew of Heather and her son blew me away on the cake design they created for the “spooktacular dinner” I hosted for my grandchildren. The detail and creativity was amazing and they went beyond the extra mile in creating it so quickly. Not withstanding anything else, the cake was moist and delicious - Everyone had seconds!

I ordered the signature strawberry cake for my mother's 70th birthday, and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! It looked exactly as described in the photo on her website, tasted better than described, and everyone, including myself, LOVED it. (: I'll definitely be ordering from Cecilia's again at some point! The website was also easy to navigate, the service was simple, easy and just awesome!!
