This is my untouched bowl i got from the worker, i asked for mild salsa and he gave me medium, i asked for sour cream on the side and he put it in my bowl and gave me the smallest portion for all the rest of my toppings. As I was still in the restaurant I could see him giving another white male customer a large portion and gave a woman of color a small portion like mine. If you go to this location don’t let the young white man with a buzz cut take your order if you’re not white :)

Every time I go to Chipotle I'm reminded of why I hate eating at Chipotle. The service is bad, the food is mid and it's always overpriced for what you get. I was shocked by how angry and rude the man working the line was. I felt sorry for his coworkers who have to deal with his presence. He should never work front of house. This is the last time I will go to Chipotle, it isn't worth my time or hard earned money.

Man with the black glasses at the Alps Location that works the line has no customer service etiquette! He's rude!! This is not the first time I've encountered this man. He shouldn't work food service or with the public if he's this nasty! He should work in the back if it's such an issue to Make a bowl.

Asked if I could get my burrito with new gloves coz I am vegetarian and the girl at the line completely ignored, didn’t even respond, unbelievable rude behavior for no reason. Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely ridiculous. Person on the line was giving everyone the TINIEST portions I’ve ever seen a chipotle give out. Don’t know if this is protocol or a new worker but it needs to be fixed. The only reason I didn’t rate this a 1 star is because the employee at the register was very nice.
