Casual college town restaurant atmosphere. The food is delicious and the price is not expensive, so it's a good place to have a comfortable meal.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom her card information was stolen by a young man that took it as she was ordering her food he was staring at it longer than he was supposed to and it seems like he had his camera face down or face up so he could take a picture of the back of the card please be aware And check your bank account thankfully my mom's card knew that she didn't frequent chipotle that often check your account

I will no longer come to this location. I usually don’t because the one on Oconee is better. Upon arrival there’s food particles everywhere and when I was ordering, the employee offered me a bowl that had been sitting to the side for God knows how long. He had the nerve to say they just made the bowl yet I was standing in line before he even made his way over to help the gentleman in front of me for about 5-7 minutes. There’s no telling what food they give to their customers who order online. Then to top everything off he was just slinging things around as if he just doesn’t want to be there. Why work in a setting where you interact with people when don’t care for people?

Went today around 1 pm and ordered half chicken/ half steak. The girl at the register charged me for steak and EXTRA chicken?? I talked to who I assume was the manager about it, she asked me if she could see my bowl which was fine but I’m not sure why she didn’t just ask the guy who made my bowl what I got if she didn’t believe me lol. After getting refunded I went home to find out that the rice wasn’t even fully cooked and was hard so I couldn’t even eat it. Way too much bs for those kind of results, I’ll stick with barberitos on five points.

I went in and ordered Chicken Bowl and asked for extra meat which I know is extra. I come at least once a week.Well last night was my first and last experience with a rude employee. She actually picked a spoon with 3 pieces of chicken on it to put on my plate with extra meat. I asked her why did she do that ? She just gave me an ugly look and out more Chicken in the bowl. I explained to her I know it’s extra and this girl rolled her eyes at me . I then asked her why are you rolling your eyes at me all I asked was for what I’ve paid for . I’ve also stood behind a white man on one occasion Heard him ask for a bowl! He was given more meat with I single order than I receive with a double order!! I was upset but I didn’t say anything. This time I felt you needed to know.

HORRIBLE serving sizes. Barely gave me any rice, veggies, and chicken and when I mentioned it was a lot less than usual they ignored me the first time, and the second time said it was. Then they charged my chips and queso as separate items so I didn’t get the combo deal- and when I mentioned it basically said “that sucks”

Usually I use chipotle at Epps Bridge, so it’s been a while to get food here. I ordered a bowl but it rarely comes with a protein that I have never seen. Very poor quality.

The customer was not good. Not only did my daughter and I got a our entrée the girl gave us both a half spoon full of brisket. The lady before us she gave her a full serving of food. I'm not going to make any assumptions why but I had to pay for another scoop of brisket for my daughter. I honestly just wanted to leave in the middle of them making our order. The customer service was not there. The cashier was very nice though.
I came in to a pretty decent line, but it didn't matter- these employees got us through in no time! Food was great, service was friendly and the bathroom was clean, will be back!!
Vegetarian options: They have a tofu option- sofritas!

Ordered large drink with my meal. Got large chips instead when I didn’t ask for chips at all. No refund just a condescending attitude from the woman at the counter when I asked for my cup. Spent more money to get what I actually ordered.

The service was friendly and relatively efficient. The Store was busy. The restaurant and table tops were not particularly clean or swept. The food was very much up to standard, my wife ordered a bowl. I ordered tacos but they stacked them overlapped and that made it very difficult to eat them. It would have been good if they had made them individually. They did taste good though. The chips were good and the salsa was fresh. I would give the restaurant another try.
one time I came here for my $6 boorito (i dressed up and everything) but they changed the rules right when I got to the register and said it was “$6 off not $6” which was incorrect and i’m still mad about that bc i got scammed

Katherine Flores needs to be fired. A general manager should not be sitting in the office all day especially when it gets busy. When her boss looks at the cameras she needs to look at what she's doing during throughput because all she does is gossip by the prep table when she is not in the office. Obviously there are times where there is paperwork but I can not get my head around the fact she is holding her managers at a certain standard when she has not done anything to train anyone and or help her managers in the shift. Maybe soon she will close for the first time since 2020 and actually teach the crew members and help them too but for what I am concerned with I would have her replaced immediately with someone who cares about the restaurant rather than some promotion.
