He shouldn't work food service or with the public if he's this nasty! He should work in the back if it's such an issue to Make a bowl.

Absolutely ridiculous. Person on the line was giving everyone the TINIEST portions I’ve ever seen a chipotle give out. Don’t know if this is protocol or a new worker but it needs to be fixed. The only reason I didn’t rate this a 1 star is because the employee at the register was very nice.

It’s very disappointing when you place an order and you do not get everything you want. I was very disappointed that I did not get my Mexican Coca-Cola. I just wish that restaurants would take the time to view the order before someone picks it up. Although I was refunded, I’m physically unable to go to the store and order a drink. Very disappointed.

My experience at this chipotle was a zero out of 10 I asked for lettuce. They said they were out of lettuce, but the boy next to me was white and they went and got lettuce for him in the back. The customer service is terrible. I will not be back.

The service is horrible! I do not recommend this Chipotle. We went and everything was going ok until the cashier came. She was the worst. If you see a lighter skin, short woman with glasses just leave. She had an attitude the whole time, and she did not want to be bothered with customers. I told her my order was to go but she decided to not cover my food. It is the worst service ever, this is why I only go to the one on Epps Bridge as it is the best one.
