The best and cleanest restaurant from the prepping the cooks and best customer service skills
My wife and I have been going to this Cava for some time. We noticed the chicken was shredded like ground beef and not like the normal chicken chunks. The server was asked to add a little more because the portion was small and it had very little chicken. BTW, the build your bowls start $12.00. The server was unprofessional and aloof. Thank goodness for Dominique the manager. He stepped in, acknowledged the problem and compensated us. Thanks Dominique. Excellent Job!
