Staff was not very responsive to a problem with my order. When they finally fixed their error there was no apology or even a real acknowledgement they got it wrong. On top of that the burger they gave me to replace the wrong order was overcooked so that it was hard like a hockey puck.

I rarely visit Cook Out because the service is consistently disappointing, but I decided to stop by today and unfortunately had the same experience. I usually double check my order before leaving because something is almost always missing, but this time I didn’t realize until I got home that both my order and my sister’s were wrong. (We had 2 separate orders)
When I returned to the store, the manager on duty (Samantha) showed no empathy for my time & Inconvenience.. I went back for my missing items only for the order to be redone incorrectly twice. At that point, I didn’t have the time or patience to keep explaining what was clearly printed on the receipt and what I verbally expressed. I had two missing orders of onion rings, something so simple to resolve.
With over 20 years of management experience myself, it’s clear her leadership and customer-service skills need improvement. Her passive-aggressive approach is likely why the order was repeatedly wrong. I understand how busy and hectic it can be during peak time, however this is not a way to treat paying customers.

Showed up at 2:30 am and they were already closing and no one answered the drive thru for 10 minutes. Then I pulled up to the window and I saw them hide and run from the window for another almost 10 minutes before I finally got fed up and left.

The General manager is a great person. I just got done Donating plasma an when I got to the Store(cook out) my arm Started shooting blood everywhere an he came out an Wrap my arm back up yall need to give buddy a 50 Raise fr fr he want out of his way to help me. An no I don’t have anything if I did i couldn’t Donate Plasma so don’t worry abt that.

The customer service here was absolutely terrible. Some of our food came out burnt, and when we asked for it to be remade, the woman at the register rudely said, “they always look like this.” Meanwhile, my husband could hear her fussing in the back insisting it wasn’t burnt. When the new order came out, it was clear the first set was in fact charred because the replacements looked the way they should have originally.
We finished our meal, and as we were leaving, we decided to get refills. The woman at the register rolled her eyes, sighed “Jesus” as if we were bothering her, and then while pouring the drinks, made a comment to another employee about us. On top of that, she brought our teas out without any ice, leaving us with hot tea.
I have never been to a Cook Out (or any restaurant) where the staff was this disrespectful. Some people simply should not be in customer service, and she is one of them.
