While visiting my Aunt in Athens we got take out From the Timothy Road location. We were told an hour. I arrived 50 minutes later, paid and waited about 10 minutes for the server to return to the bar with our order. I could tell the pizza box was not warm but when it was handed to me. When we arrived at my Aunts condo just a few minutes up the road the pizza and pasta were COLD. Frustrating to have to wait for cold food. The salads were good and the taste of the pizza and pasta were good. Next time I guess I’ll order and wait at the bar?

Came here with husband for our anniversary dinner. Was greeted by a friendly hostess. The friendliness ended there.
The waitress came, asked what we wanted to drink. Came back and told us what the specials were. Then left.
10-15min later she returned. We gave our order. An appetizer was ordered and my husband had a garden salad with our meals.
Waitress didn’t smile at all. And barely showed one all evening.
Another 15min goes by and the appetizer and salad showed up.
By the way - since when does an Italian restaurant not offer bread/oil/butter?
Another 15-20min goes by and someone brings my meal. Husband’s meal came a few minutes after.
I thought the food was good. Husband said his was ok.
While we were eating, one of the waitresses took a barstool, stood on it, in order to remove chalk signs down. We were so fearful for her! The bartender was eating, and just watched, not offering assistance.
I can say the waitress only came by once to see how things were.
We got dessert and gave a 20% tip. When we left, our waitress was seated at a table with a coworker looking at her phone.
She looked up and said thank you. Again not smiling.
We live 1mi from the other location on Barnett Shoals. We’ve been there once. It was dark and dingy, old looking.
Need a special reason to return to either location.

Everything about this place was exceptional! The food was amazing, the service was top notch, and the prices were very reasonable for what you get. It is a nice enough place that when we came by for dinner, we got a smidge dressed up. The drinks were good and came out really fast. Our server, Avery, was amazing, super attentive, and very helpful! Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Athens!

The service was excellent. The girl who served us was very attentive and efficient. Unfortunately the food disappointed. We ordered 2 lunch specials. They both looked like fast food from a food court. But the price is NOT food court. I wouldn't recommend it.

Appetizer was very good (caprese), and pre-meal aperitif cocktail was absolutely delicious. Great service & atmosphere, just seemed like the angel hair pasta dish wasn't seasoned very well, if at all...just too bland. I'll try it again just because the barkeepers and hostess staff made all the extra effort.

Pasta was undercooked and pizza could of used a few more minutes. Eggplant strips and calamari were pretty good. No garlic rolls. Guess I was just expecting a little more.
