A cafe with a new frame of mind. Boasts twice the Georgia minimum wage for baristas and therefore they don't take tips. Local art is all over the walls and they emphasize reusable cups. You even get a discount if you walked, rode a bike, or took a bus here. My only set back was I went in late August and it was just a smidge warm inside. Nothing crazy uncomfortable but enough to be a constant reminder. Overall though it's worth it for the mindful way this cafe puts it's best foot forward.

This is one of the local gems in town. Great homemade food, chill atmosphere, always friendly service. Love to grab coffee and work for a bit or meet friends/colleagues for lunch. They just started a new policy where they don't allow tipping. Instead, they pay their employees a higher wage. Quite revolutionary in our tip jar culture here in the U.S. Tipping isn't even an option when you pay by credit card.

Tim the head chef created the most delicious Ath-Hash vegan dish, with tofu, spiralized vegetables, and the perfect amount of spices and salt. It was served with delightfully crunchy sourdough toast. My daughter enjoyed her gluten-free bread, too. And my granddaughters said the toasted cheese-and-ham sandwiches from the kids' menu was great.

I’ve come here many times and have always enjoyed everything. This time I had a lady at the register who seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She took my order and then when I came back up later to order an additional item, I waited patiently, then noticed she was making a cappuccino, she walked by and gave me the side eye, and continued on doing what she was doing. No, “I’ll be right with you. Or what can I help you with?”. Kind of what Ed to walk out after that, but I already ordered a sandwich I was waiting on. Still has a nice vibe, but they’ve done away with the candy selection and things that they used to sell upfront. I know it’s hard to find staff, just sad that this is what it’s like these days.

Cozy ambience, quiet place to relax, good cappuccino and ginger molasses cookie :-)
Order at the counter and they bring food to your table. Friendly service from folks that care. Several vegan options and several more that can be made vegan. Tofu scramble is good but breakfast burrito is my favorite.
I thought the food was pretty good.Did not care for the latte or cappuccino. Too much foam. The staff was very friendly & pleasant .Parking was

The crisp, fresh, veggie hash is my new staple craving! So good. The place is cozy and the service is friendly. Lots of homemade frozen take away dinner options to purchase as well. Can’t wait to try the chicken pot pie I brought home.
