When this location first opened it was 5 stars all around. However, in the past year I have not had 1 order filled exactly as I ordered it. It's either a completely different item than what I ordered, made entirely wrong, or burned to the point of being inedible. While they are happy to remake the order or offer a refund, it's extremely inconvenient. As I normally order via the mobile app, I am trying to save time on my morning commute. In the past year I've placed more than 50 orders at this Dunkin location. That's 50+ orders I've had to pay for that were made incorrectly. Other locations do not seem to have this issue. If you don't want your breakfast completely screwed up, I recommend going ANYWHERE else. This is the last time I will go to this Dunkin location.

Had a great cup of coffee, and the staff was kind and professional.
The lady in the drive thru this morning was the rudest person I've ever encountered when placing my order here. It ruined the experience and made me not even want to complete my order. The food was great and the drink was alright, but she shouldn't be taking anyone's order. It could ruin anyone's morning having someone seem so bothered that they had to take an order or answer a question.

I got 20 Munchkins, I like to call Donuts Holes and a Chicken Bis, when i reached to eat a Munchkin they was so cold and hard. When i tried to eat it they was so hard and dry. So i got another one out and the same thing cold and hard. I got Mixture of all of the Munchkins and they all was the same. So when i got to work i tried the chicken bis, The bread was not all the way done on the biscuit it was Dowie. The Chicken had a bad taste to it and a smell i had to spit it out.I was so disappointed with the whole meal. I just hope things will be better on HWY 29 Dunkin' Donuts.

Inattentive staff, they always seem occupied with something else and the customer sercice lacks a lot. Yet again this morning I ordered HOT coffee with oatmilk and stevia. I got a large iced coffee. Also most times when I go to the drive thru the first words are "what do ya want"?.The other DDs in town have much better service than this one.

Every time I come, which is pretty frequently, I am never greeted. I pull up and hear “what do you want?” I know people can have bad days and bad customers, so get it, i’ve worked in food service before, but it’s every time i order. i get no thank yous, your welcomes, have a good day, or yes ma’ams. the coffee is always good so can’t complain there i’ll be honest, which is really the most important part. i just find it weird that someone working in customer service can’t provide customer service lol. and i’ve worked in retail, daycare, and food, so i do understand what it’s like, but like its work, you gotta separate your work life and grumpy life and just give a smile and a greeting-in my opinion.
