At first this place was great. Please know I go here every single day. It is slowly going downhill. They keep forgetting things in my order. Only always forget to add the oat milk in my drink.

1/10….. The worst Dunkin’ in town, if you want your order wrong every time or if you just want to place an order and drive up there just so they can tell you they don’t have it… then this is the spot for you but really don’t waste your time, your better off making coffee at home.

What is WRONG with this DD?! The wait times are astounding!! Whether you go in or the drive thru ..... and half the time it's not what I ordered and I get a simple iced coffee with French vanilla and cream. Management, please look into this pronto! 37 minutes in a drive thru with only 6 cars ahead of me is ridiculous. It's almost 7 minutes per car.....

Let me start off by saying “I love Dunkin’ Donuts” but I will never go to the one on hwy 29 again. The workers were rude, after they didn’t GREET me coming in I POLITELY said Goodmorning as loud as I could to set the tone/atmosphere and STILL NO ONE RESPONDED. This isn’t the 1st time. So that’s why I wrote a review! I think it should be a shift in the workers attitudes or they will lose more customers NOT JUST ME. I go to Dunkin’s almost EVERY morning for an ice coffee but before I go bk to that one I would go to STARBUCKS where they greet you and make you feel good about spending your money.

Decided to try matcha at Dunkin instead of Starbucks! I asked him for an opinion on adding strawberry to a matcha iced & he sounded confused. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. This is what I got. 0/10. Matcha is green…. I’ll just stick to Starbucks.

I ordered my usual on the app, and when I arrived there was no cold foam, no issue but I asked them to make it right. The issue came when they brought me my “remade” order and there was a hair floating on the inside of it. The drive thru worker asserted “I didn’t make this that’s not mine. Let me remake it for you.” And brought me yet another remade coffee and told me to have a good day.. no apologies, nothing. I don’t even want my coffee anymore.

I ordered two coffees and they were both messed up. I asked them to put more creamer and sugar in it and they brought it to me to put in the coffees. The girl kept telling she’s already put one creamer in it. They pretty much refused to remake them. The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to and I will never visit it again. Customer service is more like McDonald’s service but McDonald’s coffee is way better than this Dunkin location.
