Grace is so amazing. She has the best customer service and a unique way of making you feel so welcomed. Her custome service is over and above. She even called me by my name and started making my drink before I even got through the door. What a memory. She's the reason I keep coming back. All the staff were friendly as well

This Starbucks Coffee Company location is highly praised for its friendly service, clean environment, and quick operation. Customers appreciate the staff's genuine friendliness and helpful attitude, often mentioning how they seem to enjoy their work and make visitors feel welcome. The drive-thru service stands out, with employees going above and beyond, such as adding unrequested items and wishing customers well, which creates a pleasant and memorable experience. Many reviewers highlight the team's efficiency, even during long drive-thru lines, and their ability to deliver drinks quickly. The store is consistently described as spotless and comfortable, making it a great place to relax or grab a quick coffee. The menu offerings, including a Horchata Latte and jalapeño chicken pocket, are enjoyed for their quality and taste. A recurring concern is the ice used in drinks, with some customers wishing for regular ice cubes instead of tiny ice balls, as the current ice affects the drink's enjoyment. Overall, this Starbucks location is considered one of the best, exemplifying excellent customer service, a welcoming atmosphere, and great coffee, making it highly recommended for coffee lovers.
