I wish I could rate you better But…..NOTHING AND I SO MEAN NOTHING WAS ENJOYABLE ABOUT MY VISIT TODAY WHILE I WAS IN KROGER!
1st you only had one employee of the 2 there willing to work so the wait was extremely long …. Meaning long enough that my son had already made it thru 3rd of the store being about cereal was where he was when he finally called and said “where are you”!!
Approximately 17 minutes was what it took to get a drink

Gregory was absolutely AMAZING. Wonderful customer service and made me smile on a cloudy day. Makes a wonderful crunch-tastic frappe!
I am so amazed by Greg, Tara and Alexis and the whole team here at my local Starbucks. Greg always makes sure that my daughter and I are taken care of with every drop of coffee that I have ever ordered whether it was hot or cold. I have never felt so pampered in my life and I am a coffee connoisseur. The uplifting messages on the cup is always a plus! Thank you Greg and your spectacular team! Victoria and I love you all so much!

Starbucks at this grocery store is customer-friendly and franchise-supportive, offering excellently prepared coffee treats and a variety of selections. The staff is nice, and the double smoked bacon cheddar sandwich is a standout. Regulars are greeted with a smile, and employees are super nice and attentive. Cleanliness and personalized service make it a favorite spot for many, earning a perfect 5-star rating.
