Slow service. I waited 5 minutes in line before an employee took my order as both employees were busy making drinks. I waited another 5 minutes for my drink to be made, which is longer than expected because there were only two drinks before mine on the queue.
I ? this Athens STARBUCKS... it's always, "My Pleasure," to visit them... I wish all businesses had their Customer Service Module Embedded in their Customer Service Rules and Regulations... them and Coca-Cola have 5 STAR Ratings in my book!!!

There usually is a wait since this location is very popular. I am ashamed to say we went two days in a row. We ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino. The gentleman told us they were out of mocha, and would we like to try white mocha. Thank you for the suggestion. it was delicious.
