Dunkin' is a popular restaurant that generally provides a positive dining experience, with the staff being described as friendly and helpful. The reviews highlight both good and not-so-great service, with some customers reporting issues such as forgotten toppings or rude behavior from staff. However, the overall consensus is that Dunkin' offers tasty food and beverages, including a well-received cold brew and breakfast sandwich. The restaurant is praised for its cleanliness and convenience, making it a great option for travelers. While one customer had an unpleasant interaction regarding the color of their donut, the food itself is still described as delicious. Overall, Dunkin' seems to be a reliable choice for a quick snack or meal, with the potential for both excellent and less-than-ideal service experiences.
