Oct '24: So...very terrible experience. Barely acknowledged once seated and got the feeling it was a bother for us to be there, especially from the manager. We were seated at the bar and an employee carted trash bags in the aisle behind us; there is not much room between the bar and the tables. Perhaps they should wait until after closing so as not to gross customers out. We watched several customers come in and wait without being acknowledged at all and then finally sat after at least 5 minutes without the place being busy. We will not be back to this location.

We had about a 30 minute wait for a table around 11:30 on a Sunday morning. We enjoyed the outdoor waiting area and looked at menus while we waited. The hosts were great at keeping us updated on when our table would be ready. They were very busy so we were patient.
By the time we were seated we already knew what we wanted but our server didn't even come to the table until about 10 minutes later. We got our drinks pretty quickly after we ordered and wasted for our food to arrive. The food came out in a timely manner and was nice and hot. The portions were generous and delicious!
The server was really busy and we had to chase him down to get drink refills, cream, sugar, butter and jelly for our biscuits. I guess I could take off 1 star for that but all the servers were really hustling because the place was packed so I can't really dock him for that. He had a great attitude and was really trying.
The grits were the best I've ever had and we really enjoyed our meal! Well be back!!

came if for a chicken biscuit and a sausage biscuit , nothing impressive, just a dry plain biscuit with a sausage patty and the other one with fried chicken. had to drink a whole glass of water to overcome the dryness. not coming back.

Many times they leave items out of the order when delivered by a food delivery company. It has happened so many times that I will no longer order from this restaurant.

No service person even attempted to greet me at my table for over 5 minutes in an empty restaurant.. There were apparently two servers. Neither in sight because they were playing in the kitchen, as I could see them. Food was mediocre and lukewarm at best. I’m not quite sure what I expected from a chain, but when a restaurant is empty, those details make a difference. This is my second time visiting and unfortunately will be my last

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian and vegan options, but the food and service are not very good.
