Unfortunately this place to completely unprepared for customers. There were very few customers in the cafe, but the service was still slow. After waiting 30 minutes and not receiving our breakfast sandwich and black coffee, we requested a refund and left.

The service was alright. Slow. French Toast wasn't anything to write home about. They forgot to hand me the maple syrup I ordered alongside it. Walls are cracking in areas. Temp inside must have been near 80. The steam wand to their espresso machine is REALLY DIRTY. I highly caution anyone to get an espresso beverage here until they clean the caked/baked milk off of it. I came in around 9, so they had time to at least wipe it down a bit. I would come here if I was hungry with few alternatives.

This place has gone so far downhill. I used to come here all the time and it would be PACKED! The quality of everything is so cheap, they changed the coffee brand, the menu etc. it's so sneaky to charge the same price for less quality goods and services. The staff was rude, they were out of brew coffee at 10:45 am. Didn't offer any creamer or milk for the coffee. I am so disappointed I miss the old franklin house. U

First of all, there's not enough staff members, so the person taking out order was stressed about also making the food/drink. When we got our iced coffees, there was no ice. Even if they did use ice it would've melted because the place felt like 90 degrees. We had to leave and get a refund for our food because it was taking far too long for simple things like egg and cheese on a bagel. There weren't even a lot of people in the cafe so no excuse. I could've made it better and easier at home. Would not recommend!!!
