Everything is perfect except for how slow the service is. I ordered a grilled cheese and an iced vanilla latte and it took 15 minutes for my grilled cheese and 25 minutes for my iced coffee and I had to remind the barista of my order so that I could get my coffee. The coffee is really good so I'm not absolutely irritated about it. If it wasn't good coffee, I'd be pissed. The barista made a coffee for himself and also the cashier before he made mine. Great place to do some studying. The coffee is good and has room to be better (I think they recently reopened and have people training as baristas - exciting!). They are friendly and warm. Haven't tried food there yet, but the menu looks plenty tasty.
