I went to Open Air BBQ for the first time today. The drive through was convenient and the friendly lady at the window was helpful, kind and sweet. She was the best part of my experience. I ate in my car in the parking lot, because I had my dog tagging along. First o tried the okra. It was hot and fresh. It tasted as expected. Next I tried the Brunswick Stew. The baked beans and okra were 10/10.
The bbq ribs were 7/10. Had too much of a vinegar taste and the meat didn't taste smoked at all, it appears to be boiled or grilled with sauce to cover it. The sauce was very thin. I prefer my ribs with no sauce just good ole smoked ribs! Would I go back again if in the area, yes for the baked beans and okra but I would try another meat

Okra was the best! Crunchy. Drinks reasonably priced $2.25. Friendly staff.
We had our doggie with us and he received a “pup” cup and water. At least 2 tablespoons of barbq in the pup cup.
