Fully Loaded Pizza Kitchen

Fully Loaded has always been one of my favorite places to eat. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, ever since they first opened in Watkinsville, GA. Unfortunately, that changes today.

I was extremely disappointed with how my pizzas were prepared, and when I brought my concerns to the manager, Collin, he refused to correct the order. Rather than working with me to make things right, he dismissed my concerns entirely.

This is especially frustrating because I’ve supported this restaurant for years and have recommended it to countless friends and family members. When you’re paying $7 per slice, you expect the food and the service to be right.

The way this situation was handled was unprofessional and unacceptable. The manager clearly needs additional training in customer service, because dismissing a loyal, paying customer in this manner is shameful. Sadly, I won’t be returning or spending another dime here. Everything was disgusting, including Collin’s attitude.

First off, if I could leave a zero star I would. So my family and I were excited to try it. Heard their pizza was good so decided to give it a try. We ordered noodles, fries, a slice of cheese pizza for the boys and a 14in Home team pizza for us. Got the noodles and one fry in like 10-15 minutes and the second fry came in like 30 minutes. An hour came and we were tired of watching them cater to the takeout people. Finally the slice of cheese pizza came and we just paid for what we had, canceled our pizza, got the food we had, paid, and left. Very disappointed is an understatement!!! So if you decide to go there I’d do takeout. They focus all their attention on takeout people instead of people inside. I just couldn’t believe it took an hour for them to cook a slice of cheese pizza. That was the first and probably last time we’ll go there.

Superb service, extremely accommodating, reasonably priced and the vibe was a amazing. Seating is very tight but overall experience was great!!

That Walter White Pizza.. Simply a Must Try.. Rooftop Bar.. Excellent Service.. Excellent Food.. Only Mistake you could make.. Not Trying Them.

I only had pizza so I can't vouch for the rest of the menu which looked very appetizing - I just wanted NY style pizza which is very hard to find in the South. The slice I got was not NY style.

Good pizza, good beer, really love the atmosphere..

Very good! I had an Italian sausage w/ onions and feta calzone. MY fav, and done perfectly. Ricotta, Marinara, all very good. Cool place to hang too. :) Staff was on it!
