First visit to Gusto! and I was impressed by the service and food. The dining space seemed a bit cramped but it was well maintained and well lit. We grabbed food to go so it's a bit of a moot point.In fact, the lighting in the restaurant is one of the factors to catch my eye. It sounds strange, perhaps, but every time I pass the restaurant at night it looks much more inviting than the neighboring spots.Gusto! Also has plenty of outdoor seating that I intend to try out once the weather is a bit warmer.The food was delicious, fresh and ready to go so quickly that I hadn't even paid for it when it was available. The portions were good sized- the bowl filled me up- and the ingredients were well balanced.While the menu appears limited, there is plenty of variety. I especially appreciated the opportunity to choose from several bowl bases and the ability to customize my meal with add ones such as fresh avacado.The person taking orders was friendly and helpful to an absolute newbie. They made some great suggestions.Loved that I could obtain a fresh and filling meal for less than $15 (bowl and no drink since I was headed home.)I'll definitely be headed to Gusto! again.
The food is alright. Nothing crazy or special, but the price reflects this. I was disappointed that there’s no way to specifically pick which toppings you want and have to choose from the pre-set options, which only seems to reduce the ranking I can give gusto! as it compares to other restaurants that function in a similar capacity with bowls and wraps. The portion size is also not amazing, and is even smaller when you order To-go. The thing is, I didn’t order to-go, but was still given my order as if I did. The married couple in front of me were given their food as it would be if they were dining in, and there was a visibly significant difference between their portion and mine, also a little bit annoying to see. Overall, this is an okay spot to opt for when Chipotle and CAVA are very busy or if you would like to save a couple bucks, though I don’t think it’s a place I will be frequenting in the future.

I love Gusto! I’ve had everything on the menu and it’s all delicious (though my favorite is the tahini cucumber feta). Not only is the food delicious, but the staff at the Athens location is amazing. Couldn’t ask for a nicer, more helpful, bunch of folks.

I'm giving this a 5 star simply because my meal was free with my redemption code, the service is outstanding here and there is never any wait time when I visits Gusto's. The highlight of my last visit was with Dylan. He was very nice and understanding. I didn't have any cash on me and I thought my food was all free but there was a small balance that I didn't have and he covered it for me. He didn't have to do that! Other than that, the food here is decent. It's a little overpriced for the quantity that they serve but I stop by every once in awhile because the meal combinations are unique and different from a typical salad. I just think they need to offer more for a meal with no rice or protein or reduce the price.

I walked to get for for my boss an walked in gusto an the way I was welcomed was so warming the atmosphere mad me won’t go try the bowls they gave me a sample in a huge cup they Dee & Jessica know Exactly what was on the menu with out looking the other two young lady’s was friendly an they help me pick what bowl I would try Haley Kimora & Tasia so amazing a the manager was phenomenal Harrison I love the way all the employees knw everything about the business even the food made fresh an the recipes are made daily they will be getting my business again an the food was so good I can eat there every day
Great food. Great Service. Spacious and comfortable seating. Good atmosphere. All of their bowls are exceptional. Sweet Chili Mango is our favorite. I hope it never goes away. Their Portobello mushrooms are also great. There are so few places that serve healthy food that tastes good. I hope they continue to expand. Their portion sizes are also generous. I never go away hungry. Management is also serious about delivering great and courteous service. Their staff are well trained and very customer centric. If you have a problem they fix it and they fix it with a good attitude. I'm not sure how they are able pull this off while so many other places can't seem to find good staff. Unfriendly service spoils my meal. That doesn't happen at Gusto. We have always been treated like family and always look forward to returning. Thank you Gusto! Keep up the good work.

If sparkling water was a bowl, this would be it. The most mid bowl that's great for people who think ketchup is spicy. The flavors were NOT bouncing off my tongue. Thought I had covid because the taste wasn't there. Not bad, but not good. Not mad, just dissapointed. Great wait time tho. Sorry Mr. Gusto, this ain't gusto :(

Dee was awesome. I came in today in a major rush. I need 15 meals in a hurry for a lunch I was supposed to be sponsoring for a local business. I thought I was in trouble because I needed it done ASAP and I was behind. Dee told me it was no problem. Smiled. Rushed through the order. And even helped me load it into the car so I could be on the road in a hurry. Big thanks to that guy! Awesome service.
