I very much enjoyed my interaction with David at Jason‘s deli today. I was having a hard time with the app and being able to order online. He was very helpful to find my account and place my order efficiently and with no snide attitude towards my age and inability to handle apps. He has a nice smile and good customer service. I have always had good service at Jason’s deli and sorry that I cannot single other people out because I do not recall their names - this is an excellent location with which to do business!Vegetarian options: They have the best salad bar in town!

Tonight was our first time visiting this location. I have ordered food from here, but something brung us here tonight. From the moment I walked in, and informed the young man behind the counter that this was our first time here. He immediately went into explaining everything to us. He introduced himself to us as David, and from there it was the best sit down service I had experienced in awhile. David was the true embodiment of customer service.

I coasted into the Jason’s Deli parking lot entirely by accident yesterday, as my car broke down on the way to my daughter’s violin practice. She was frustrated she wasn’t going to make it to violin and I was calling a tow truck when the Jason’s Deli manager (David) came up to the window. He invited us in and offered my daughter some Mac-n-cheese and strawberry shortcake while we waited for the tow. She loved them both, and hasn’t stopped talking about the “nice manager” who turned our automotive troubles into quality father-daughter time. Thank you David! We’ll be back, but next time it will be on purpose.
