I used to love this place! I’ve been getting the same exact order for a really long time but I’m afraid that will be coming to an end, unfortunately. I usually order a Philly cheesesteak because that’s the only way a sub bread can be toasted, which is important on a Philly because it can get soggy on the drive home. Apparently, Jersey Mikes doesn’t toast the sub bread even on a hot sub?? Which is kinda the whole point of being getting a hot sub, but anyways one of the employees that recognized me and my order and told how the new manager was… let’s just say not favorable to keep it clean. I was like yes I could tell by the way she spoke over the phone… overall just will not be coming back to the establishment knowing the shift in new management has caused a strain on Custer service and food quality!

Usually I dont come to this location, but I did this past Friday. Let's just say the food tasted well and place was cleansed and organized well. The only thing I had an issue with was the customer service. I was trying to order my sandwich that I Usually get, when this young man laughed in my face as soon we made eye contact. I was confused but from what it seems he was making fun of my looks! He was even whispering to his co workers and giggling to themselves. I find this very offensive and dont know if i should ever come back.

Very disappointed. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, what i got was anything but. My hometown jersey Mike's would have never let something like that be served. The dining area was clean and orderly, the staff was helpful but could use some definite training.

This evening I called in a pickup order for a BLT. When I got home , my sandwich only consisted of Bacon and bread ! ( no lettuce or tomato) My husband called and spoke to someone who told us the manager would call us within 10-15 minutes . No phone call back ! It was also very very disgusting to have a hair in the bacon! I would love and appreciate a call from corporate because this was ridiculous!
