This evening I called in a pickup order for a BLT. When I got home , my sandwich only consisted of Bacon and bread ! ( no lettuce or tomato) My husband called and spoke to someone who told us the manager would call us within 10-15 minutes . No phone call back ! It was also very very disgusting to have a hair in the bacon! I would love and appreciate a call from corporate because this was ridiculous!

Can never go wrong with the well-made, quality ingredient, delicious subs at Jersey Mike's! I highly recommend the #13 Italian for a cold sub and the steak Big Kahuna for a hot sub.

Jersey Mike's is my new favorite quick stop for a DELICIOUS meal. Although is been at this location for 15 years. I had never visited. I stopped by for the first time yesterday. Boy, am I glad I did. I had dropped of a passenger close by (I drive for a ride share app) it was slow at the moment and I was starving. Not knowing what to expect, I was very impressed. I ordered the #17, YUM, grilled hot cheese steak regular size sandwich. WOW piping hot cooked to order and the staff was friendly and helpful 😀 👍 🙂. Max and James explained the menu to me and were fantastic. It didn't take very long. I was soooo impressed I spend all day Tuesday (today) thinking about that sandwich lol. I signed up for the app to get points as I know now, this is going to be a regular stop for me. If u haven't tried it out yet, do yourself a favor go in and try it. Located of of 29 in Athens, in the kroger shopping area. Thank you, Jersey Mike's!!! I am already a loyal fan.

Me n my husband always eat at this jersey mikes when we are in town with our lawn service...the turkey n provolone sub AWESOME...staff was very friendly and were quick to make our order and take care of us...well definitely be back
