Jersey Mike's is my new favorite quick stop for a DELICIOUS meal. Although is been at this location for 15 years. I had never visited. I stopped by for the first time yesterday. Boy, am I glad I did. I had dropped of a passenger close by (I drive for a ride share app) it was slow at the moment and I was starving. Not knowing what to expect, I was very impressed. I ordered the #17, YUM, grilled hot cheese steak regular size sandwich. WOW piping hot cooked to order and the staff was friendly and helpful 😀 👍 🙂. Max and James explained the menu to me and were fantastic. It didn't take very long. I was soooo impressed I spend all day Tuesday (today) thinking about that sandwich lol. I signed up for the app to get points as I know now, this is going to be a regular stop for me. If u haven't tried it out yet, do yourself a favor go in and try it. Located of of 29 in Athens, in the kroger shopping area. Thank you, Jersey Mike's!!! I am already a loyal fan.

Me n my husband always eat at this jersey mikes when we are in town with our lawn service...the turkey n provolone sub AWESOME...staff was very friendly and were quick to make our order and take care of us...well definitely be back

I love my Jersey Mikes store back home but this is definitely by far the best store I have visited!! The employees/staff are very nice and take great care of their customers. Overall I would recommend anyone to go!

How crazy! I gave a rating and didn't comment, and the owner still replies? So awesome. I'd never visited a Mike's before. The staff was on top of everything. They greeted everyone, engaged each customer and thanked them for visiting. The lady cut our meats and cheese fresh (ok, she does that for everyone) and answered all of my questions. I took our food to our destination and when I bit into that super club, I became a believer! Best subs I've ever had. I just hope the shops in Lawrenceville can meet the expectations that Athens has instilled in me.

I decided to visit today (02/16), and grab some lunch. I hadn’t been to this store in a few weeks, because the service had gotten so bad. The young ladies were not friendly, and the whole team just would not work together to make a good flow of the orders. I got tired of dealing with it. My visit today was great! The group of fellas that was there were killing it! Pumping out sandwiches like crazy, and the customer service was better, too. I hope this is what we will see going forward!
